Farm Frites academy

We started developing our own Farm Frites Academy to anchor continuous learning in our organisation.

Exchanging knowledge is key at the Farm Frites Academy. We can do this in many different ways. For instance, the Training House is part of the Farm Frites Academy and offers training in various skills. But we also share knowledge in meetings that are either in-person or online, for example with a group of experts. This ensures that we get smarter every day.
