I am Prya Mol-Gajadhar
Tell us a little about yourself (introduction):
My name is Prya Mol-Gajadhar, I’m 33 years old and happily married to Barry Mol (a former Farm Friter 😉). We are the proud parents of Devan (8 years) and Noëlle (4 years). I grew up and still live just around the corner from our company!
What do you enjoy/value the most about your profession?
I like being able to contribute to the growth of the organisation, help employees reach their potential, and achieve results together.
What characterises the people and culture at Farm Frites?
The feeling of togetherness and ‘being part of a family’. I find the creativity and entrepreneurship at Farm Frites very distinctive. It never ceases to amaze me how many initiatives are developed through our employees’ creativity and entrepreneurship! We are also down-to-earth, pragmatic, informal, and always looking for the best quality results for our customers.
What advice would you give someone coming to work at Farm Frites?
Let your curiosity run wild! Invest in connections with the employees in the organisation. Stay critical, and raise questions and ask for help in good time!
