  Sales Director Western Europe

  Full time, location Oudenhoorn

   

  What will you be doing?

• Contribute and implement the commercial strategy of Farm Frites and oversee the sales activities in multiple geographic regions. Define and ensure realization of the sales strategy for the own territory. Truly understand regional differences and remove obstacles where necessary to increase regional successes.
• Analyze and anticipate strategic issues in the area of: (future) markets, competitive products, trends, business or organizational requirements for product-market combination (s).
• Managing and cooperating with a team of motivated high professionals. Together ensure delivery of the commercial annual plan, value and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the Marketing, Finance, Demand Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service and QA departments.
• Integrally cooperate with your colleagues from other territories globally and the International Key Account Management team (IKAM).
• Reporting to the Global Sales Director.

   

  What do you need?

• University work- and thinking level with a Sales background and affinity with Marketing and Finance is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience of which 8 years in a higher level managerial position.
• Experience in the Foodservice sector (wholesale, QSR, horeca end users) is a must.
• Broader international experience is a must.
• Experience in developing and implementing a vision and strategy.
• Positive, proactive and result driven attitude with highly developed communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with knowledge of P&L.
• Proven skills in team building and increasing the involvement of employees.
• An excellent command of Dutch and English; German and/or French is considered a plus.
• International travel flexibility
