As UKI Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales function by managing financial administration, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative activities. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and support the Country Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Financial and accounting administration

  • Prepare invoice payments to be made twice a month.
  • Prepare sales commission invoices and credit notes.
  • Execute payment runs for invoices.
  • Check and validate expense claims, ensuring all required receipts are obtained prior to processing.
  • Support the preparation of monthly accounts in collaboration with external accounting partners.
  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of financial documents.
  • Maintain contact with relevant stakeholders for financial processes and reporting.

Manage administration of supplier contracts and services, including:

  • Mobile phones and virtual landlines
  • Insurance (travel, company effects, public liability)
  • Rented external storage
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreements.

 HR and internal support

  • Support local HR administration, including tracking holidays and sickness.
  • Act as a point of contact for the central HR department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager.

 Commercial and operational support

  • Collect and monitor competitor pricing information.
  • Support sales-related administrative activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation across all responsibilities.

Your team

You will be part of the Sales team and will report to the Country Manager.

What you bring

Education and experience

  • Relevant administrative or business qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an administrative, finance or sales support role.
  • Experience working with financial processes, invoices and expense management is preferred.

Skills and competencies

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders and external partners.

Languages

Professional command of English.
