I am Beyza Baloglu
Hi! I’m Beyza Baloglu, 28 years old. My days are filled with sports, traveling, being creative, and reading books. Three months ago, I started my adventure at Farm Frites Lommel, where I now work with great joy in the HR Recruitment department.
How did you start working at Farm Frites?
Sometimes life leads you exactly where you need to be. A colleague sent me a message on LinkedIn, and I immediately felt a connection. I decided to go for it and was invited for an interview. What I didn’t expect was how warm and welcoming the team would be. From that moment, I knew: this feels like home! This is the right choice.
What does your workday look like?
My workday always starts with a delicious cup of coffee. Then, we have a quick team meeting, and after that, we dive straight into work! Between all the hard work, we also make time for jokes and laughs because having fun in your job is just as important.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
One word: challenging! At Farm Frites, I get new opportunities and challenges every day. Here, you’re encouraged to try, learn, and grow. The trust I receive motivates me to bring out the best in myself. And let’s not forget about my colleagues – they create such a fun atmosphere in the workplace!

What do you enjoy about working at Farm Frites?
I think having fun in the workplace, combined with hard work, is very important, and this is definitely the case at Farm Frites. Plus, people from all cultures work together here, and you really get the chance to grow. I love the warm, family-like feeling that makes you feel at home quickly.
What’s your favorite Farm Frites memory?
In my first month, I had the chance to help organize a job day. Everyone worked together and gave 100%. That feeling of teamwork and creating something special together is something I’ll never forget!
