My name is Nick Baggerman, I’m 22 years old, and I’ve been working at Farm Frites for four years now.
Every day is different in my job. Because I’m an all-rounder, I have to be able to master and carry out all functions. My work is extremely varied as a result.
That we’re working with a natural product, so you need to be able to respond to situations and act fast.
I started at Farm Frites in a work-based learning programme (BBL), which enabled me to try and apply the theory I was learning in practice. I was a Junior All-rounder during my apprenticeship. After completing my training, I advanced to the position of All-round Operator Production.
